Eating at the Burrito
And still at the Burrito.
More of the Burrito. I clearly like this place.
All of us together. This is the only group shot I have but, you get idea of what a group we were.
Cindy threw an awesome Christmas party. We went caroling (not pictured but, fun). Then we came home to eat treats and have Hot Cocoa. Grandma read How the Grinch stoled Christmas to all of the grandkids, much to everyone's delight.
The captive audience.
She is hilarious, this picture cracks me up.
For Christmas Eve, we eat crab brought up fresh from the Bay Area. Sean, Sabrina and Jared got up early to go buy the fresh crab from the local market before it sold out. Mission successful.
Then we came home to decorate gingerbread house. We all made one.
Helping their kidos decorate their gingerbread houses.
Ours was good enough to compete with the kid's houses. Also, Jake was asleep during this soooooo our collective decorating skills are on par with the children's. Nice.
Grandpa and Grandma pulled out the old train that Sean and Scott had growing up. Jakob loved it and would check on it throughout the week to make sure it was ok.
Christmas PJ's with all the cousins on Christmas Eve.
Then we danced and sang while Sean played on his violin. Cute? Definitely. What a great Grandma.
Then we read Christmas stories before bed. Jake kept smashing his way onto Grandma's lap to get a better look at the book.
I was excited for Jakob to open his gifts this year since he had a better idea of what was going on. Here we are on Christmas morning.
Attacking the wrapping the paper.
He got a broom from Grandma - one of his favorite items of all time. He stood watch with it while viewing movies.
We also got a bike trailer and the kids loved to play in it. Look how cute these two are! These two loved playing together and chasing each other around. They are in deep cousin smit.
Grandma being awesome again and playing on the trampoline with Jake and Izzy.
We had a great Christmas even though Jakob was a little under-the-weather (barfed all over Sean Christmas night). It was fun to have all the Sumsion kids together again.
Not pictured: seeing movies. Thanks almost entirely to Scott and JaNae, we were able to go see two movies at the theaters without the kido which, for us, never happens. Thanks so much for organizing and offering to watch Jake. It was really so thoughtful and kind.

they need to make a show about your family.
How wonderful! I still can't believe how small the world is and that Jared married Sabrina. Someday I'd like to be there when we can all chat! Love you and miss you.
Love! Jake gets more handsome by the day.
